Ingredients
- 90ml Catalyst Spiced Pear Wine (chilled)
- 90ml prosecco or sparkling wine (chilled)
- 15ml pear liqueur (optional)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Fresh pear slice
- Star anise (for garnish)
Instructions
- Chill a champagne flute or wine glass
- Pour the Spiced Pear Wine into the glass
- Add pear liqueur if using for extra depth
- Gently top with prosecco, pouring slowly to preserve the bubbles
- Give it a gentle stir with a cinnamon stick
- Garnish with a fresh pear slice and star anise
