Ingredients

  • 90ml Catalyst Spiced Pear Wine (chilled)
  • 90ml prosecco or sparkling wine (chilled)
  • 15ml pear liqueur (optional)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Fresh pear slice
  • Star anise (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Chill a champagne flute or wine glass
  2. Pour the Spiced Pear Wine into the glass
  3. Add pear liqueur if using for extra depth
  4. Gently top with prosecco, pouring slowly to preserve the bubbles
