Catalyst Fruit Wines (established 2022) is a boutique winery based in rural Eketāhuna, Tararua NZ.

SandRa Timmins (nee Lauchlan), head winemaker and everything else has been making fruit wine since 2017 using the organic produce gathered from her family's property, Plum Tree Cottage.  When not making wine SandRa home educates her three cellar hands, oh, whoops; kids!  Teaches occasional bread making workshops and wrangles the chickens, dog, cat, budgies, garden and any other strays.

It was in 2022 that she decided to turn her hobby into a business; drop her herb- love business, Stoney Ground Herbs and finally be able to call herself a winemaker, a long held passion (since 1996, it's a long story!).

With her unique approach in combining fruit with herbs there's a wine for every occasion.
