Ingredients

  • 90ml Catalyst Chilli Wine (chilled)
  • 45ml tequila (silver or reposado)
  • 30ml fresh lime juice
  • 15ml triple sec or Cointreau
  • 15ml agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Fresh chilli slices (for garnish)
  • Lime wedge
  • Chilli salt for rim (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare your glass by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim
  2. Dip the rim in chilli salt if desired
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  4. Add the Chilli Wine, tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and agave syrup
