Ingredients
- 90ml Catalyst Chilli Wine (chilled)
- 45ml tequila (silver or reposado)
- 30ml fresh lime juice
- 15ml triple sec or Cointreau
- 15ml agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- Fresh chilli slices (for garnish)
- Lime wedge
- Chilli salt for rim (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Prepare your glass by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim
- Dip the rim in chilli salt if desired
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add the Chilli Wine, tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and agave syrup
- Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds
- Strain into your prepared glass over fresh ice
