  • 120ml Catalyst Bloom Wine (chilled)
  • 30ml St-Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 60ml prosecco or sparkling water
  • 1 tsp honey syrup (1 tsp honey dissolved in 1 tsp warm water)
  • Fresh marigold petals or edible flowers (for garnish)
  • Thin plum slice (for garnish)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Fill a wine glass or coupe with ice
  2. Pour in the chilled Bloom Wine
  3. Add the elderflower liqueur and honey syrup
  4. Gently top with prosecco or sparkling water
