Sparkling Elderflower Wine

Tasting Notes

A light golden coloured wine, with subtle bubbles (which will get more vigorous with time in the unopened bottle), a heady floral nose.  This is one sweet number that goes down much too quickly for our own good, but at 9% abv, it's all A-OK!

Available in 750ml and 1000ml bottles

Winemaking Notes

Made from fresh elderflowers harvested in November 2025.  Fermented for 12 days with jasmine green tea, lemon juice and some token granny smith apples.  The wine was racked then had a cruisey ferment until early February; when it was bottled to continue its ferment and create the sparkle we love!
