A Blend of; Lemon + Lime, Golden Plum + Pineapple, Crab Apple + Pumpkin

Wine Tasting Notes

A hazy yellow wine that smells of green apples and limes.  Theres quite the pineapple presence on first sip but then it's tempered with a citrus tang from the lemon and limes.  Lovely mouthfeel with a nice long finish ~ this is lip smackingly good!

This is a limited edition and will not be made again...

Winemaking Notes

Well, what a tale to tell!  Take Three is a combination of three wines that were made in 2024, all bottled and a-lot even labelled already...

Lemon + Lime is a notoriously slow seller in winter, it has summer vibes all over it, and our summer didn't vibe that much this year; so I had excess stock plus a new one is lined up to be released in September (Lemla is still available, I didn't use all that I had)

Golden Plum + Pineapple (The Fallen One) has been verrry slow moving, seems I made it too dry and acidic for the common palate (the people who liked it, loved it!)

Crabby Pumpkin I released about three months ago, and in that whole time at markets, no-one had even asked for a taster.  Was it the name? 😅 I don't know, but it's added fab body and sweetness to this new and improved wine!
